The children in rainbows have been enjoying baking biscuits and then making them into the shape of a pumpkin. We were celebrating this special time of Autumn when we can see the leaves falling off the trees and so many orange pumpkins are being sold in the shops.

When the children are baking they use a lot of mathematical vocabulary such as words about shape, size, pattern and number.
