Oak Class really enjoyed cooking popcorn on the main campfire today. All of the children had a go at holding the popcorn sieves over the fire. They could recall the three things needed to make a fire, and they talked about how to be safe around it. The children also enjoyed using the rope swing and some went tree climbing. 

A little group of boys made their own campfire area, and they were pretending to be cavemen. Each of them had a role to play. It was lovely seeing them use their imaginations!
