Oak Class 25th June 2020

Very different to last week! This week we were lucky enough to have blue skies and sunshine in the forest. It was so cool under the trees we didn't realise it had got so hot!

We did a lot of bug hunting today. We used our identification books, sheets and app to identify them. We found a Forest bug, Portuguese Millipede, a Meadow slug and a orange  ladybird.

We had some very creative things made with sticks, clay, string and other natural materials too. I loved Oak classes ideas! Rabbits, cat toys, fishing rods and spiders webs. They all looked amazing!

Some of us had another practice with the soft archery and several 10's were scored!

Beech class worked hard yesterday to make a tyre swing. We really loved swinging on it today!

We even had time to make some letters from natural materials that we will put up in our forest school areas. Check out the gallery for more pictures of what we got up to!

Had a lovely day with you all again today! Thank you Mrs P :)
